CGPL sp. Zo.o. was founded on 2018 by a manager with decades of experience in the global capital markets, to combine the components of financial investments with real investments in real estate in Poland.
In view of the yields in global capital markets, the increase in risk premiums and after analyzing the economic fundamentals, the company find the need to diversify investments allocation by investment channels with a high return potential while maintaining minimum risk for investors.
After a thorough analysis it was decided to start operations in Poland’s commercial real estate market.
